The health and safety of our clients and employees will always be our utmost concern. This is especially true during these increasingly anxious and uncertain times with the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). TranSmart and TranSmart/EJM are following the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local health officials.
We are here to serve you. Our offices remain open to staff; however, staff will work remotely as able during this period of social distancing. We will communicate with clients via email and telephone during normal working hours. In some cases, field staff will also work
remotely. If field staff are unable to work remotely, they will practice social distancing as recommended by the guidelines of the CDC. Our staff supporting clients at their locations are to follow the clients’ policies, and are allowed to work from the client’s office if needed or if an upcoming deadline makes it necessary. In that case, we have asked staff to practice social distancing as recommended by the guidelines of the CDC. We are committed to doing our part to help limit the spread of the virus. Together we can work through this.
