TranSmart provided engineering design services for traffic signals, maintenance of traffic (MOT), roadway lighting, designed the interconnection, and prepared plan sheets and cost estimates for both new and upgraded traffic signals at multiple intersections in relation to the proposed Obama Presidential Center and Jackson Park improvements. TranSmart also prepared TSL (Type, Size, Location) drawings for the pedestrian underpass repairs, performed field inspections, and provided a bridge condition report.
