TranSmart led the team, along with of four subconsultants, for the engineering design of the roadway and bridge rehabilitation work on I-88 from Annie Glidden Road to IL 56. The project scope included rehabilitation designs to improve of over 22 miles of mainline roadway pavements, eight mainline and 13 crossroad bridges, multiple crossroad culverts, and to reconstruct the existing, inside and outside shoulder sections. TranSmart oversaw concept plans and reports through preparation of biddable construction contract plans and specifications.
