TranSmart is providing engineering design services throughout the state for roadway lighting, electrical installations, and other electrical and lighting facilities, and will develop electrical layouts, detail drawings, and contract documents. The team is also reviewing plans, special provisions, and contract documents related to electrical, LED lighting, and pump station work; and will perform on-site visits and analysis of problems in the field.
