TranSmart is serving as the Electrical Lead and is providing lighting, ITS, structural, drainage, and utility coordination support services as a subconsultant. TranSmart’s team is responsible for reviewing all lighting designs, identifying all utilities within the project limits, identifying work that may affect the existing or proposed utilities, collecting relevant information, preparing and submitting monthly design utility reports (DUR) for each construction project, and submitting notice of interference (NOI) packages to coordinate utility involvement or relocation.
