TranSmart is providing lighting, ITS, structural, drainage, and utility coordination services for a design section on the corridor, in addition to supplemental design services including corridor maintenance of traffic (MOT) reviews and truck parking concept designs. TranSmart is identifying utilities and any work that might affect the existing or proposed utilities, collecting relevant information, preparing and submitting monthly design utility reports (DUR) for each construction project, and submitting notice of interference (NOI) packages to coordinate utilities.
