TranSmart provided Phase III construction management engineering services as a subconsultant for the proposed roadway and bridge preservation / rehabilitation. Construction management services including field inspections, reviewing plans and special provisions, reviewing layout of contract including design change, maintaining record and documentation, generating pay estimates, preparing change orders and work orders, and monitoring maintenance of traffic (MOT).
