TranSmart, as a subconsultant, is providing specialized services for underground utility locating and marking—including emergency requests—at various underground and aboveground City facilities throughout Chicago. This also includes performing damage investigations, site surveillance, and locate request screenings, as well as serving as the City’s technical representative for joint meet locate requests.
